The 2008 Masters Cricket again showcased an amazing array of the world's best cricketers from past and present playing the most exciting format - twenty20 cricket.
In the Masters Cricket in 2007 there were 22 international cricketers on show (see photo above) with Indian legend Kapil Dev captaining the Celebrasian team including World cup winner Arjuna Ranatunga, Pakistan test cricketer Rana Naved-ul-Huq and Indian cricketer Murali Kartik.
West Indian great Richie Richardson captained the rest of the World XI including Chris Harris, Greg Blewett, Alvin Kallicharran, Jermaine Lawson, Nantie Hayward and Marvan Attapatu. Both Kapil and Richie will return to manage the teams in 2008.
The sun shone, everyone enjoyed the hospitality and the exhibition of cricket.
